One hundred and six people attended this, the third meeting in Philadelphia held to interest people and organizations in CTCNet. The last meeting for this purpose was held on March 23, 1995 when CTCNet was still called "Playing To Win Network." Prior to that, a meeting was held on April 9. 1992.
